Crews worked to free a tractor-trailer that got stuck under a Paterson bridge Wednesday afternoon. Workers with CityWide Towing responded to Straight Street, between 21st and Washington avenues, shortly after noon when the truck became lodged under the Route 80 overpass. The vehicle was a yellow tractor-trailer with "Central Transport" written on the side. There was no word on any injuries as of 3 p.m. Wednesday.

PARAMUS − Protesters and counter-protesters both rallied outside the Tesla dealership on Route 17 on Saturday afternoon. Unlike prior organized protests at the location by people opposing Elon Musk and his DOGE cuts under the Trump administration, pro-Musk supporters turned out en masse to offer their support for Tesla and Musk. An estimated 60 people were there protesting, while about 80 people turned out to support Musk.
