Every now and again, I decide to try out a particular office chair based on looks alone. But after spending the past six months sitting in the Uplift Pursuit, I’m equally impressed by all its ergonomic features and just how adjustable it is. While this is my first time testing out a chair from Uplift Desk, I spent years using the Uplift V2 standing desk in my home office. The Pursuit gives you the best of both worlds with a mesh backrest and a firm but very supportive foam seat.

There’s just something inherently more useful about a smaller tablet. Sure, the best tablets have gotten a lot larger in recent years but what I’ve found is that with a bigger tablet, I’m less likely to bring it with me or reach for it when I want a screen slightly bigger than my smartphone. Even though I prefer Android over iOS, I got a chance to try out one of the best iPads a few months ago and given my propensity towards smaller tablets, of course it was the iPad mini 7.

Watching the needle jump from one end of the gauge to the other when running a speed test can be addictive, especially when you just set up a new laptop with faster Wi-Fi or upgraded to a better plan with even faster internet speeds. However, once you’ve seen what your connection is capable of, a poor speed test result can make you question your sanity. Over the past five years, I’ve run thousands of internet speed tests, initially while testing the best VPNs and then the best Wi-Fi routers.

Upgrading your smart thermostat probably wasn’t too high up on your list of priorities until Google revealed that it would end support for its first and second generation Nest Learning Thermostats in October.
