Time and again, we’ve said that we miss having the Honda Jazz around. We’re not counting on it ever coming back to Southeast Asia, though. Honda’s regional office has decided that the City Hatch is the way forward. Still, that never stopped us from looking at Honda’s Japanese website to see if there are any updates with this model. Following a facelift a few years ago, the company has followed it up by introducing more minor improvements.

For those who miss the Toyota Starlet, you might be glad to know that it’s still around. That said, it’s not sold in Japan or in Southeast Asia. Instead, it lives on as a rebadged Suzuki Baleno in African markets. Toyota revived the name in 2019 and has since been sold in two generations. In fact, there’s even a rally-spec model dubbed the GR Starlet, but it’s not available to the public.
