As we commemorate Memorial Day, many will find a way to gather and remember those who answered our nation's call of service but never returned home. It's a debate that's been underway at the Capitol for more than a year. The argument against the proposal suggests the possibility of older teens in relationships with younger minors.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's latest study shows 1 in 31 children in the U.S. is now diagnosed on the autism spectrum. This has been referred to as an epidemic by many, including the Trump administration. They've pledged to find a cause by September. But the question "what's causing the rise?" isn't as straightforward as the numbers might suggest. Are we actually seeing more kids with autism?
