2.3. Translation and Cultural AdaptationThe methodology applied was similar to that of previous studies [11,12], focusing on direct and reverse translation and the use of cognitive interviews. All participants were informed of the objectives of the study and gave informed consent for participation. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee for Research in Health and Human Welfare Areas of the University of Évora. Phase 1—Translation of the 15D questionnaire into Portuguese.
