CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A 15-year-old has been arrested multiple times for dozens of vehicle break-ins across North and South Carolina, CMPD says. Between April and June, the 15-year-old was arrested multiple times across multiple jurisdictions in the Carolinas. Despite the arrests and custody orders issued, the juvenile has been released twice by judges. They were placed on CMPD’s electronic monitoring, but they cut it off.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A Nash County woman is suing a bank headquartered in Charlotte after her boss left a Chucky doll in her seat at work. At the time, the lawsuit said the woman was a relationship banker at a Truist Bank location in Rocky Mount. The complaint said the woman has been diagnosed with major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and autoimmune disorder vitiligo — conditions that the lawsuit claims were known by her employer.
