WHAT WE ARE TRACKING: Mostly dry and even warmer conditions are expected through Wednesday. Multiple rain chances and much cooler conditions move in by Friday. NEXT 24 HRS: Low relative humidity and dry brush will still aid in an elevated fire weather concern for areas north of I-90. It is encouraged to hold off on any outdoor burning through the near future. Warmer than normal lows spread across the area tonight, leaving many of us in the upper-50s and, potentially, the low-60s.

We had a confirmed tornado right in Ansley, Mississippi and near Pearlington, MS. The warning has expired. Do not let your guard down as strong storms and gusty winds remain https://t.co/3F778h4wy9

We are tracking a few showers that have moved over the Lake Pontchartrain this afternoon. While the lead shower has begun to weaken over the west central portion of the lake the shower # 2 is also weakening for now. https://t.co/jLBrKpFYtn
