NIXA, Mo. (KY3) - A new restaurant will open soon in downtown Nixa. You might remember that a few months ago, a pizza joint in that location suddenly closed. The owner told On Your Side that the landlord ignored ongoing maintenance problems. That landlord has since sold the building to Petros and Jacque Haldoupis. They bought the building in March for about $850,000. “You can’t build an 8,000 square foot building for that,” said Petros.
