This event gives students the opportunity to showcase their work, art and projects completed during the school year. Also, numerous community agencies attended the event to provide information to the families, like job and college opportunities. Principal Lindsay Wilhoyte said it’s better for families to have these opportunities available in a comfortable setting.

Those who attended got to enjoy music, food, and alcoholic beverages. Funds raised help maintain exhibits, provide hands-on science programs, support scholarship initiatives, and cover the overhead of maintaining the facility.

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Monday evening, the Vigo County School Corporation approved funding for the Project Lead the Way Launch Program grant. The grant is in the amount of $20,000 and the funds will be distributed between the 2025 to 2026 and 2026 to 2027 school years. The purpose of this grant is to provide students with engaging stem learning experiences that prepare them for emerging careers and educational opportunities.
