INDIANAPOLIS - What started as a bill to add more judges to Indiana counties in need could also remove far more judges and courts from smaller counties. If passed, HB 1144 would eliminate superior courts in nine counties (Blackford, Carroll, Gibson, Jennings, Newton, Pulaski, Scott, Rush, and Greene Counties) and circuit courts in two counties (Owen and Monroe Counties).

INDIANAPOLIS - Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita has filed a lawsuit alleging that the president of the Marion County Agricultural Fair Association Board misappropriated taxpayer funds to finance home improvement projects. According to documents obtained by FOX59/CBS4 on Friday, Rokita is looking to recover more than $12,000 worth of public funds, plus penalty fees and audit costs, following the conclusion of an investigation led by the Indiana State Board of Accounts into Cindy Mowery.

Neal and Angie Fine opened the shop on Jan. 2 in the former Rebellion Doughnuts building at 7677 Cumberland Rd.Fluff Bake Shop is open Thursday through Sunday from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. The business specializes in sweet treat and doughnuts, along with handcrafted espresso and artisan paninis.
