After striking out 11 over six strong innings, the Hershey pitcher lifted the home crowd with his walk-off single that gave the Trojans a 5-4 victory over Carlisle Tuesday afternoon. A wild bottom of the seventh saw Hershey load the bases after Bennett Sheppard walked, was sacrificed to second and stole third. Carlisle intentionally loaded the bases and got closer to safety when Sheppard was caught stealing home.
