    Paul Tazewell just made Oscars history. For his work on "Wicked," Tazwell became the first Black man to win the Academy Award for costume design. Tazewell’s win, and what it represented, brought the Oscars audience to their feet. During the Oscars telecast, the camera caught nominee Colman Domingo clapping and shouting “Bravo.” “I am the first Black man to receive a costume design award for my work on ‘Wicked.’ I am so proud of this,” he said.
