Photo: East Lothian Council Facebook page The toilets at Musselburgh's Fisherrow Harbour are closing early each evening due to repeated incidents of vandalism. They now shut at 5pm instead of the usual 8pm, East Lothian Council confirmed. The facilities reopened on Saturday after damage caused the previous week. Toilet rolls had been stolen and set alight at the nearby beach.

Wallyford Primary School. Image: Google Maps A FUNDRAISING campaign has been launched to buy a foldable stage for Wallyford Primary School. Launched by the Wallyford Parents & Carers Council, it is hoped that the appeal will raise £5,000. Willie Gordon, from the parents and carers council, said: “This will allow safe storage and ensure there are no restrictions within the gym hall.” He added: “We believe every child should have a raised platform to shine and showcase their talents.
