IntroductionThe nomenclature of organophosphorus drugs includes hundreds of names [1]. Many of them belong to the class of phosphonates [[2], [3], [4], [5]]. Among biological active phosphonates, α-aminophosphonic acids occupy a special position. They are bioisosteres of proteogenic amino acids which have a similar electronic structure [6]. This feature determines the biological activity of both natural and synthetic α-aminophosphonates.
