The Ekurhuleni MMC for roads, Andile Mngwevu, has stepped in to quell simmering tensions between an emerging construction company and a ward councillor. Duduza businesswoman Zanele Mofokeng and ward councillor Nsizwa Mekgwe exchanged verbal blows on POWER Breakfast on Tuesday about a road marking project awarded to Mofokeng. The municipality commissioned the women-owned service provider to do road markings on numerous streets in Duduza.
