Dover Corp., the parent company of Maag Group, announced it is acquiring Sikora AG, a Germany-based manufacturer of measuring and control technology for industrial sectors including plastics. Dover will acquire Sikora for €550 million ($623.7 million) in cash, subject to customary adjustments. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025. Following the transaction, Sikora will integrate into the Maag Group within Dover’s Pumps and Process Solutions segment.

Germany-based Nordson BKG, part of U.S.-based Nordson Polymer Processing Systems, offers melt pumps, screen changers, pelletizing systems, and auxiliary equipment. This January, Italy-based Fimic became Nordson’s exclusive sales agent for its BKG products in Italy.
