Cell cultureHEK293T, N2a, MDA-MB-231, HCT116, and Hela cells were obtained from ATCC. Cells were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS (Gibco) and 100 U/ml Penicillin-Streptomycin in a humidified incubator at 37 °C with 5% CO2. The 1640 culture medium was used for HCT116.
