UPDATE, 11:46 p.m.: The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning that includes Genesee, Livingston and Wyoming counties. The warning is in effect until 12:15 p.m. The warning includes Wyoming, Genesee, northwestern Livingston, and southeastern Erie counties.
