The former Australian world champion cyclist Rohan Dennis avoided prison on Wednesday over a "tragic accident" that killed his wife, fellow Olympian Melissa Hoskins, after the couple rowed over home renovations. Dennis, 34 appeared in South Australia District Court after earlier pleading guilty to a charge of committing an aggravated act likely to cause harm.
