Inside Look is a Fresno Bee series where we take readers behind the scenes at restaurants, new businesses, local landmarks and news stories. Founder Sam Toledo has been cooking in professional kitchens since he was a teen — about 50 years. And it took four years to get this restaurant off the ground.
