What is already known about this subject Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) has led to significant improvements in individualized care. Early data suggest utility for TDM in oncology, particularly with tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), one of which is osimertinib, used in lung cancer. Levels of osimertinib and its metabolites may theoretically vary between patients.
