AbstractAs global urbanization rapidly progresses, the dramatic increase in urban population and the number of motor vehicles has intensified traffic safety issues, especially under adverse weather conditions such as heavy fog. These conditions significantly diminish vehicles’ environmental perception capabilities and drivers’ visibility, while the effect of light scattering further increases the risk of traffic accidents, drawing extensive attention in the field of public safety.
