The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has reported a second arrest in the ongoing investigation of a shooting involving an off-duty ATF agent as the victim in Riverview. The incident took place on the night of December 27, 2024, at The Alley at Southshore. HCSO confirmed the recent developments earlier this month in a social media post. As part of their ongoing investigation, authorities identified Tia Heyward, a 23-year-old suspected of assisting the shooter after the incident.
