AbstractBrexucabtagene autoleucel (brexu-cel) is an autologous anti-CD19 CAR T-cell therapy approved in the US to treat adults aged ≥18 years (≥26 years in the EU) with relapsed/refractory (R/R) B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Brexu-cel showed an overall complete remission (CR)/CR with incomplete hematologic recovery (CRi) rate of 73% (CR rate 60%) and median overall survival (OS) of 25.4 months in 78 patients with R/R B-ALL after 2 years in ZUMA-3.

There’s a talent crisis in the U.S., leaving in-demand roles unfilled. The latest jobs report tells us there are 7.7 million job openings. Even if we mapped every person looking for a job to one of those openings (qualifications aside), there would still be over 2 million jobs that need filling. Add to this the fact that 75 million baby boomers are expected to retire by 2030, while only 50 million jobs are expected to be filled by Gen Z.

hi there Accounting experts,I work as an accounts assistant and the owner has introduced pre paid cards called pleo for employee expenses. We have 3 cards. I am struggling on how best to reconcile them. I transferred £30.00 as a test from our HSBC account to Pleo. That is fine. Then on Pleo account I transferred £10.00 each onto the 3 cards. I am now struggling how to reconcile as it is already paid. thanksBee.
