    It isn’t every day that you see or read about a proposal to build ownership condominiums in our state. Under Colorado State law, there is an unusually high risk of construction liability to the developer. Our state legislature has not been able to resolve a more equitable policy to encourage condos. Not only do condos represent home ownership, but they are viewed as an entry point to ownership – depending, of course, on the price range.

    Anyone who thinks President-elect Donald Trump is simply “blowing smoke” at implementing an aggressive deportation program is bad wrong. Remember, he is the one who said immigrants are “poisoning the blood of America.” It is being planned as we speak with two of the most hawkist anti-immigrant appointees in Trump’s soon-to-be cadre of henchmen. Policy-maker Stephen Miller and “Border Czar” Tom Homan are scary people. They are dead serious in first going after immigrants who are criminals.
