The purpose of this clause is to true up provisionally billed amounts to actual costs when required for flexibly priced contracts.

The organization recently ran a campaign entitled "You Matter" and Boyd said it was directed toward three groups of people. "The idea is, there's ultimately three audiences. There's those who are survivors, letting them know they matter, often times you are isolated and trapped as a victim of domestic violence or sexual violence, you feel alone, and knowing that you matter.

    NIBLEY - Back in late August, Stokes Nature Center broke ground for a new outdoor classroom in Nibley. On a recent KVNU For the People program, Executive Director Kendra Penry said construction is underway for the multi-year project on 2600 South just west of Highway 165. "It's more of an outdoor classroom and a nature park, is kind of the way we're looking at it. It is designed to be a space that schools can use either for their own programming or to come to us to lead programming.
