AbstractThere are no established patient selection criteria for endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) for anterior cerebral artery (ACA) stroke. This was a retrospective cohort study of the 2016–2020 National Inpatient Sample in the United States. Isolated ACA-occlusion stroke patients with moderate-to-severe stroke symptoms (NIH stroke scale [NIHSS] ≥ 6) were included. Primary outcome was hospital discharge to home with self-care.

To understand the estimated radiation dose from 131I-MIBG, prior studies were completed using 124I-MIBG as a quantitative tool for tumor imaging and dosimetry in vivo [29]. Several studies have estimated human-equivalent internal radiation doses using 124I-MIBG and PET/CT in murine NB1691-LUC/NET xenograft models [29, 34]. From those prior results, it was estimated that administration of 52.8–206 MBq (1.43–5.57 mCi) 131I-MIBG delivers approximately 20 Gy radiation directly to the tumor.

Breast MRI encompasses a large area of anatomic coverage extending from the lower neck to the upper abdomen. While most incidental findings on breast MRI are benign, identifying metastatic disease can have a substantial impact on staging, prognosis, and treatment.

AbstractTo investigate the associations of cumulative voriconazole dose, treatment duration, and alkaline phosphatase with voriconazole-induced periostitis. One hundred and thirty-one patients with voriconazole use were identified using a clinical informatics tool. Health record data including age, sex, immune status, alkaline phosphatase, voriconazole levels, voriconazole dose, frequency, and treatment duration were collected.
