AbstractNeuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) is a relapsing central nervous system disease most commonly associated with aquaporin-4 antibodies (AQP4-Ab) and Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibodies. These demyelinating disorders influence cortical excitability, which has been studied using advanced imaging techniques and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) in our study. This is a prospective study of 30 subjects.

AbstractObstructions of the superior and inferior vena cava are prevalent etiologies of deep venous obstruction, presenting a spectrum of clinical manifestations ranging from life-threatening conditions to asymptomatic states. The etiological diversity inherent to these central venous obstructions necessitates a subtle approach to their diagnosis and management.
Prediction of H3K27M alteration in midline gliomas of brain using radiomics- A multi-institute study

Non-invasive prediction of H3K27M-altered Diffuse midline gliomas is important because of the involvement of deep locations and proximity to eloquent structures. We aim to predict H3K27M alteration in midline gliomas using radiomics features of T2W images. Radiomics features extracted from 124 subjects (69 H3K27M-altered/55 H3K27M-wildtype). T2W-images were resampled to 1x1x1mm voxel-size, pre-processed, and normalized for artefact correction, intensity variations.
