Random jet arrays (RJAs) have been shown to be effective in generating zero mean flow homogeneous isotropic turbulence. While many laboratory studies have investigated the flow in these facilities, there are several remaining questions regarding the evolution of turbulence, from the development of turbulence to where it decays, along with understanding how input energy from the jet array transfers into different turbulent flow characteristics.

Submarine melting at ice-ocean interfaces such as at tidewater glaciers and ice shelves is influenced by physical and chemical environmental factors including salinity, water temperature, stratification, subglacial hydrology, meltwater plumes, and oceanic currents. The effect of these individual components on ice loss can be difficult to capture in common ice-melting models.

Security, scale or functionality – pick two. This computer science principle coined by the late Professor Anderson is particularly relevant to the FemTech industry. Anderson’s Rule states that for a system to provide high functionality and security, its access may need to be limited (small scale); alternatively, offering high functionality on a larger scale, may require an acceptance of risk, e.g. of inadvertent or deliberate disclosure of information.

Watching this promo for “The Continental” during the early #MNF game and looking for Walken.

.@harvilla Loving the 60 Songs That Explain the ‘90s pod! And, yes, I’m nearly two-and-a-half years late on this one. But, re: the You Get What You Give episode, I wish there had been at least one Danielle Brisebois ref! So random! Keep up the great work!
