Last week I had the pleasure of attending the Medallia Experience conference in Las Vegas. It was my first in-person event in over 5 years, and wow, what a difference it makes to see people in person!While not a huge fan of Lost Wages, I’ll admit that staying at the Wynn was a motivator — a fabulous property a bit away from the crazier part of the Strip. My experience there was nearly flawless, except for one issue that the hotel handled with CX excellence. More on that in a moment.

I know this is unpredictable. But my view of the possibilities has certainly shifted with what I have observed since the re-election of Donald Trump. Some thought to call Trump’s second term a lame duck term, whatever that would mean to different people. I don’t think such a term really applies to Trump under any circumstances. It usually seems to mean a difference in behavior depending on whether a future election is in store or not, but I have never seen that in Trump’s behavior or potential.

On several occasions during Donald Trump’s fight against the Deep State, I have indicated on Ricochet posts that my view is that America began the trip that has landed us where we are today in 1913 with the 16th and 17th Amendments to the Constitution and the creation of the Federal Reserve as a central bank. That is just a layman’s view because I have no scholarly credentials to support that view, only my life experience.
