MISSOULA, Mont. — An upcoming election in Missoula might look a little different this time around. The city council approved a primary election entirely by mail. At Monday night's meeting, they approved a primary election date for races for three or more candidates. That's set for September 9. Mail ballots will be sent to all registered voters. City officials say it's going to save money—up to $200,000 through exclusive mail-in voting.
