COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - A wildfire burning in southeast Colorado remains at just over 1,000 acres Sunday, as fire crews continue to work to get containment. The fire sparked Saturday morning near Las Animas and is currently known as the Boggsville Fire. State Patrol shared a photo of the fire just before 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
