Our warm and sunny Sunday has set the tone for what will repeat for much of the week ahead. The lack of cloud cover will allow temps to fall into low 40s to 50s across the region Sunday night, but that will still be a few degrees above average this time of year.

Easter Sunday is shaping up to be a nice day overall. Rain arrives from the south this afternoon and evening, with rain chances in the Twin Cities hiking up after about 6 pm. That leaves plenty of time for dry egg hunts. We'll otherwise have increasing cloud cover with highs generally in the 50s. It'll be the warmest in Northwest Minnesota. The best chance for 40 degrees will be near Marshall.

You’re in good hands, Northland! Please give @leagracewx a warm welcome 😊

I don't think I've properly introduced @leagracewx on Twitter yet, but we're so happy to have her! Lea started at WDIO on Monday and has been training over the past few days. Stay tuned for her on-air appearance on GMN later this week! https://t.co/3QBdbK0OnT

I've been overwhelmed by warmth and kindness from viewers as we approach my last day at WDIO. I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. Special shoutout to a woman who delivered a gift package to the station this morning! The tie and socks will be worn tomorrow 🥰 https://t.co/wLHckRKFZI

RT @wdiowirt: Our Friday is cool, windy, and wet with scattered showers and thunderstorms sweeping the Northland from southwest to northeas…
