FOUNTAIN HILLS, Ariz. — An Arizona animal shelter has stepped in to help cats affected by recent Los Angeles wildfires, transporting nearly two dozen to their facility for care and adoption. Deanna Schlagenhaft, Executive Director of Fearless Kitty Rescue in Fountain Hills, said the organization reached out to Friends of Normie, a Los Angeles-based rescue group, heavily impacted by the fires.
