    COCONINO COUNTY, Ariz. — A rollover crash involving an off-highway vehicle has resulted in the death of a child in northern Arizona. The Coconino County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to near the top of Oak Creek Canyon on Sunday at about 10:45 a.m. for reports of an OHV crash. The vehicle was allegedly operated by 37-year-old Miguel Pacheco and three juveniles were riding as passengers. Two children, ages 17 and 7, were treated for injuries on scene after the crash.
