Jackson Walker posted another record year in 2024, with revenue up 8.6% and profits per equity partner increasing 4.2%, as the firm benefited from growth and an exceedingly busy litigation practice. The firm experienced "good growth" in 2024, adding about 15 lateral partners, managing partner Wade Cooper said, while hours and billing rates also increased. Along with that, Cooper said litigation continues as the firm's busiest and largest section, and that's a strength.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
