The deadline for filing 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 data is December 5, 2023, though employers are encouraged to file sooner if possible. All private-sector employers with 100 or more employees in the U.S., and federal contractors with at least 50 employees, are required to submit an EEO-1 report with workforce demographic data to the EEOC annually.
