The Suzuki Jimny is essentially dead in Europe. Due to stricter emissions standards, sales of the off-road vehicle, which was previously only available as a commercial vehicle, were gradually discontinued in Germany and the EU in mid-2024. Now it's making a brief comeback, but only in France. The 2025 4Runner is the best version of the model yet, bolstered by a much-needed hybrid powertrain and a lovely cabin. It’s nicer to drive on the road, sure, but it’s also just as impressive once you hit the trails.
