AURORA, Colo. (KKTV) - A 15-year-old girl is dead after a shooting early Sunday morning, according to the Aurora Police Department. Officers responded around 12:30 a.m. to a report of a shooting with two victims near Aurora Fire Rescue Station 2 at 12600 E. Hoffman Blvd. Police say firefighters who were returning to the station after an unrelated call found the victims and quickly provided medical care. The two victims, a 15-year-old girl and a 20-year-old woman, were taken to the hospital.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - There will be a temporary full closure of southbound South Academy Boulevard between US Highway 85/87 and Coventry Drive, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). CDOT says the closure will be on Wednesday and Thursday from 7 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.This closure will allow crews to move barriers, place striping for a lane reduction and shift to the outside across the bridge over the Fountain Creek Bridge, CDOT says.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Five people were taken to the hospital after a suspected stolen vehicle caused a head-on crash, according to the Colorado State Patrol (CSP). Troopers reportedly responded to an injury crash at approximately 6:27 p.m. on Saturday, near the intersection of South Cherry Street and South Leetsdale Drive. Troopers said the crash occurred as the Aurora Police Department was pursuing a suspected stolen vehicle.

PUEBLO, Colo. (KKTV) - A missing boater was found dead Saturday evening after a nearly 24 hour search at Lake Pueblo State Park. Officials with Colorado State Patrol told 11 News they received a report on Friday night around 8 p.m. of a capsized boat in the Bogs Creek Cove area. There was reportedly a severe windstorm, and the boat turned over. Officials say three people went into the water, and only two swam back to shore. Several crews responded, searching for the missing person.
