    DULUTH, Minn. -- A Duluth man was arrested early Monday morning after allegedly breaking into a downtown apartment complex, stealing a gun, and then firing the weapon in a hallway. The incident happened around 12:30 a.m. on Monday at the Zenith DCHS apartment complex on the 200 block of N. 1st Avenue East, according to the Duluth Police Department. Police originally responded to a report of an unwanted person inside the building.
