(KTVT) - Police have identified the 30-year-old North Texas man charged with murder for fatally shooting an Uber driver earlier this week while he was a passenger in the vehicle. Kane Ellington Roden, who was arrested on Wednesday, is accused of killing 60-year-old Tahirou Diallo while appearing to be highly intoxicated, according to the North Richland Hills Police Department.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man who allegedly sexually assaulted two women. Both incidents happened just a day apart at different apartment complexes. "Obviously, hearing news like this is heartbreaking and devastating, especially as a young female myself," said Aunjona James. Police said the first incident took place Friday at an apartment complex near 9700 Dale Crest Drive in Northwest Dallas.
