Die gemeinnützige Organisation Mercy Ships baut Kreuzfahrtschiffe in schwimmende Krankenhäuser um. Das erste Schiff war ein italienischer Ozeanriese, ein anderes kreuzte früher als Eisenbahnfähre durch das Meer.
