CANDLER COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - UPDATE 5/27/2025: The Candler County Sheriff’s Office has increased the reward amount for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the death of Tiffany Carter. The reward amount is now $2,500. In a social media post the Candler County Sheriff’s Office wrote, “The person(s) responsible left her in the road and drove away. Let that sink in. No family should have to bury a loved one without answers. We need your help.
