The Amazon rocket launch has a date − and it's possible people will be able to see it in Rhode Island. United Launch Alliance rescheduled the launch of the Atlas V rocket for Monday, April 28 from the Launch Complex 41 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
