    One of our favorite restaurants in Rome is Roma Sparita, which was popularized in large part by Anthony Bourdain’s “Parts Unknown” CNN series, in which he samples their to-die-for cacio e pepe prepared in a bowl made of Parmigiano Reggiano. While the cacio e pepe is 100% the showstopper at Roma Sparita, their apple crumble (which they serve to our Female Foodie Rome Tour guests each year) is simple and satisfyingly delicious.
