MINQUADALE, Del. (WPVI) -- A Delaware man is facing charges after he allegedly had sex with a 14-year-old girl. New Castle County police arrested 34-year-old Joseph Caceres on rape charges after the victim came forward. Neighbors told Action News that between 10 and 15 cop cars were seen along the 100 block of Valerie Lane on Sunday before he was taken away in handcuffs. Police say the assault began in November 2024 when Caceres was employed as a van driver for Red Lion Christian Academy.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Summerfest returned on Friday, and Spruce Street Harbor Park at Penn's Landing officially opened for the season. Although it was on the cooler side and a bit rainy, families still came out to kick off their long weekend. (WPVI) -- A South Jersey woman's dream car was stolen in under three minutes during a bold, broad-daylight theft that has police investigating what they believe is part of an organized vehicle theft ring. It happened just after 7 a.m. Friday in Washington Township. Security cameras captured how quickly the thieves came in, broke a window, and drove off.
