UPLAND, Pa. (WPVI) -- Crozer Health is on life support. Delaware County's largest hospital system could begin shutting down on Wednesday. On Tuesday, its owner, Prospect Medical Holdings, told a judge it needed $9 million by 4 p.m. Wednesday or it would begin closing. Negotiations have been ongoing for weeks to keep Crozer Chester Medical Center in Chester and Taylor Hospital in Ridley open.

WESTAMPTON TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- A neighborhood in Westampton New Jersey described Friday night as complete chaos. They told Action News they've never seen anything like it, after dozens of kids were running around, fighting- even jumping on cars. "When I look out the window, I see hundreds of kids running everywhere on my lawn, my driveway, the neighbors... the middle of the street jumping around," explained Tatiana Iglesia of Westampton.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- City officials are calling for an end to the surge in gun violence among the youth in Philadelphia. Two shootings have played out at recreational centers, which are supposed to be a safe haven. In just a matter of days, eight young people have been injured in shootings across the city. That's why community leaders held an emergency meeting at the Finley Recreation Center Tuesday to discuss solutions.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Celebrations for the end of Ramadan took a violent turn in North Philadelphia on Sunday. Someone opened fire nearby, leaving a teenager wounded. According to Philadelphia Police, 12 people were arrested. 11 of which were juveniles, all were cited for various violations mostly disorderly conduct and failure to disperse.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The intersection of North 59th Street and Lancaster Avenue in West Philadelphia now has a new name. In honor of Philadelphia icon, Will Smith, it'll now be called "Will Smith Way."City officials passed a resolution for this on March 6, saying they are proud to honor a hometown superstar like Will Smith. A special ceremony on Wednesday will highlight his career and his contributions to the city of Philadelphia.
