Hours of availability are 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursdays. The final day VITA is available will be Thursday, April 10. This free, onsite tax preparation is specifically for low-income individuals and families. It is completed by IRS-certified tax preparers.

    The Arkansas Valley Music and Dance (AVMAD) Buena Vista (BV) March Community Contra dance is coming soon. The event will start at 5:30 p.m. with a band jam on Saturday March 1. Dancing will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.The dance is held at the Congregational United Church of Christ (CUCC) located at 217 Crossman Avenue in BV. These community dances are held on the first Saturday of each month from September through May. Dancers of all skill levels are welcome. No partner is required either.
