Graphical Abstract We propose an electron redistribution strategy with Mg and F co-doping to inhibit the interfacial redox reactions between Li6PS5Cl and Li. Mg triggers the electron agglomeration around S atom, inhibiting the electron acceptation from Li metal, and F further generates the self-limiting interface between the electrolyte and Li metal. This design enhances interfacial stability, enabling the high performance of all-solid-state lithium battery.
