Se trata de la BYD Xia, una minivan familiar que se reveló hoy 8 de enero en el emblemático Centro Acuático Nacional de Pekín, también conocido como el «Cubo de Agua» y que fuera sede de los Juegos Olímpicos de 2008. The Xia MPV is based on BYD's DM 5.0 hybrid system and has a CLTC range of up to 1,060 km. The model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.1 seconds and comes standard with the DiPilot 100 driver assistance system. BYD (HKG: 1211, OTCMKTS: BYDDY) has officially launched the Xia, its new model in the MPV (multi-purpose vehicle) market. The Xia is a premium MPV model in BYD's Dynasty lineup and follows the Denza D9, another MPV in the BYD Group's portfolio.

Build Your Dreams (BYD) has revealed the interior of the Xia hybrid MPV, after showcasing its exterior in August of this year. The dashboard of the luxury MPV has a digital instrument display, a massive freestanding central touchscreen, and a third panel for the front passenger. It aligns with the MPV's window line, while the displays arranged in a vertical form extend to its lower part.
