Sister Nancy’s groundbreaking 1982 debut album, One Two, will be reissued on vinyl for the first time in over four decades. Set to drop on April 12, 2025, for Record Store Day, this limited-edition blue vinyl pressing of reportedly 3,000 copies will come courtesy of VPAL Music and Techniques. The release will feature the original artwork, exclusive liner notes by reggae historian John Masouri, a collectible sticker sheet, and Nancy’s timeless anthem, Bam Bam.

Reggae singer Bugle has collaborated with recording artist Inezi on the thought provoking track “Cry Wolf.”Produced by RedBridge Records, it was released today (March 21, 2025). “It is always a pleasure working with talented artistes and Inezi is definitely one of those artistes. It was a joy and a pleasure to be able to do a song like this with somebody who loves the music so much and only adds to the genre,” Bugle said in an interview.

Dancehall star Squash is back in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), DancehallMag has confirmed. The 33-year-old entertainer, whose real name is Andrae Maurice Whittaker, is being held at the Krome North Service Processing Center in Miami as of March 5. This development follows his February 24 arrest in Miami on charges of firearm possession and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

Dancehall artist Busy Signal is calling for support from Jamaican authorities after his application for a Canadian visitor visa was denied. In an Instagram post on Friday, the Stay So artist shared a letter from the Canadian High Commission dated December 19, 2024, which stated that the decision was based on concerns about whether he would leave the country at the end of his stay.
